Can I make a return, get a refund or make an exchange for my purchase in the Mend Shop?

No. All items are final sale, meaning we do not accept returns for refunds, and we do not allow exchanges. No exceptions will be made.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most states within the USA. 

How much does shipping cost?

FREE. (We pay for your shipping.)

What currency are your prices in?
USD (US Dollars).

Do you have a 'gift' option for the Mend Box?
Yes, you can leave a "gift message" in the "Order note" section when you're checking out and we will include this message in the box.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We're unfortunately not able to change or cancel your order once it's been placed.

How can I change the shipping address?

If you've already placed your order, please contact hello@letsmend.com to see if you can change your shipping address. If the order has been fulfilled, no changes will be able to be made because the box has already left our hands. 

How do I check order status?
You will receive an email with a tracking number.
